Dashenlin Pharmaceutical Group Joint-stock Co., Ltd. was founded in 1999 and is an influential pharmaceutical retail chain group enterprise in China. The company is committed to developing pharmacy chains as its foundation. After years of cultivation, its direct-operated business covers 21 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government) including Guangdong, Guangxi, Jiangxi, Henan, Hebei, Fujian, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Shaanxi, Heilongjiang, Hubei, Sichuan, Hainan, Shandong, Chongqing, Liaoning, Xinjiang, Shanxi, Anhui, Shanghai, and Inner Mongolia.

On July 31, 2017, Dashenlin was officially listed on the main board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange (stock code: 603233), and immediately became the market value leader in the pharmaceutical retail industry. In terms of industry position, Dashenlin has been rated as "China's No.1 enterprise in chain pharmacy sales" and has received honors such as "Top 500 Chinese Service Enterprises" and "Top 100 Chinese Chain Pharmacy Comprehensive Strength Enterprises" for many consecutive years. By the end of 2024, both sales and the number of stores ranked first in the pharmacy retail industry.

As of June 30, 2025, Dashenlin Pharmaceutical Group achieved approximately RMB 14.672 billion in revenue including tax for the first half of 2025. Dashenlin has 16,833 stores, maintaining a leading position in the national pharmaceutical retail industry in terms of business scale. Currently, the group employs about 50,000 staff, including nearly 20,000 pharmaceutical professionals.
