LEM Electronics system engineer jobs (salary & requirements)

Context Main Missions:
The System Engineer is a crucial role, serving as the bridge between customer requirements technical implementation. This position leads the architectural design of new products technically guides cross-functional teams to achieve new product development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Requirement Analysis:
o Effectively communicate with customers to understclarify their technical needs.
o Influence customer requirements from a technical perspective, providing professional advice solutions.
o Confirm specific technical parameter requirements from customers to ensure accuracy feasibility.
o Flexibly respond to customer issues, including challenging situations.
• Product Design Translation:
o Translate customer requirements internal product design specifications.
o Design product architecture to ensure the product meets customer market needs.
• Project Technical Management:
o Technically lead cross-functional teams (including electronic engineers, structural engineers, software engineers, industrialization engineers, etc.) to achieve new product development.
o Lead the resolution of majtechnical challenges issues during new product development.
o Organize technical discussion meetings to promote quick problem resolution.
o Set up the testing environment fnew products.
o Establish test cases fnew products to ensure performance quality.
• Documentation:
o Write technical documents, including requirement documents, design documents, etc.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Automation, related fields.
• At least 3 years of work experience in system engineering related fields.
• Familiarity with the design development process of current sensors related electronic products.
• Good project management skills team spirit.
• Excellent problem analysis solving skills.
• Good English reading writing skills, capable of reading writing technical documents.
• Excellent communication skills, able to effectively communicate with external customers internal colleagues.
• Systematic thinking, able to consider product design implementation from an overall perspective.
• Quick learning ability a lifelong learner.
• Experience with inverters in the wind solar energy industry is preferred.
