Lugang小镇

Origin of the name——

Lugang小镇 (Bellagio Cafe) is a restaurant brimming with fashion. The "Lugang" in the name is an abbreviation of Lugang Township in Taiwan, incorporating the local culinary culture and traditional cooking methods; "Town" is a general reference to the leisurely atmosphere of Bellagio, a small town in Italy. Bellagio is a port town on the shores of Lake Como in Milan, Italy. It sits on the advantageous promontory at the fork of Lake Como, surrounded by mountains, and facing the Alps across the water, earning the praise that "such beauty belongs only in heaven." For Lugang小镇, cuisine is about great taste and also a fashionable atmosphere; it is a culture and a presentation of quality. Using refined, high-quality ingredients and traditional flavors with creative cooking techniques, it presents an innovative Chinese casual dining trend.

Development history——

Lugang小镇 Restaurant was founded as a brand in Shanghai in 2001, becoming a representative of Taiwanese cuisine fused with fashion at the time, and taking the Shanghai scene by storm. It subsequently opened restaurants in Beijing, Tianjin, Shenyang, Nanjing, Wuxi, Wuhan, Chengdu, Xiamen, Fuzhou, Quanzhou, Macau, the Philippines, and elsewhere, and today has nearly 60 restaurants. Lugang's classic dishes are numerous: pineapple fried rice with shrimp, three-cup chicken, braised pork trotters, Hainanese chicken, oil-bathed sea bass, braised beef noodle soup, and braised pork rice are all beloved signature Lugang dishes. Notably, Lugang's shaved ice and desserts are also outstanding. The original mango shaved ice, peanut shaved ice, and mixed shaved ice have become their signature must-haves. With authentic ingredients and a special ice-making process, all who taste them praise them highly. The restaurant's decor follows a minimalist urban style, with only booths and loose tables, offering open views, and accents of green plants, giving the establishment an elegant and leisurely dining atmosphere.

Quality and pursuit——

Lugang小镇 upholds the philosophy of "real ingredients, stable quality," with Taiwanese fine cuisine and Taiwanese-style shaved ice and desserts as the core direction. Each guest's satisfaction and praise are affirmations of Lugang's care and persistence. Starting from the careful selection of raw ingredients, every step is strictly controlled, so that even ordinary dishes convey novelty on Lugang's tables. Developing new dishes and inventive cooking of traditional dishes is the mission of Lugang's chef team, and the reason why Lugang stands out in the fiercely competitive catering market. Every dish strives to bring customers a delightful dining experience.

Lugang's development——

"Fusing global cuisine, creating a new trend in fashionable dining" is the ongoing development goal of all members of Lugang小镇, building a sound reputation in the catering industry through innovative cooking methods, and striving to become a "global brand for trendy urban cuisine." Combining Taiwanese flavors with global fashionable dining trends, this new concept is brought to major cities worldwide. With strict quality control and Lugang's attentive service, every dining experience becomes a journey of culinary enjoyment.
