According to the resolution of the shareholders' meeting of the limited company on December 21, 2007, and the signed promoter agreement, based on the audited book net asset value of RMB 133,082,862.18 as of September 30, 2007 (on a parent company basis), it was converted into 100 million promoter shares at a ratio of 1:0.751411, and the limited company was wholly restructured into Anhui Honglu Steel Structure Group Joint-stock Co., Ltd.
