5、有工业设备软件架构从0到1的建设经验和软件系统架构推倒重建/改善的经验
6、熟悉CAN/S7/Modbus/EtherCAT等通信协议，在系统中有过集成
7、对算法及大模型有一定的理解，熟悉B/S软件架构和MQTT协议。

9、良好的英语读写能力
10、有较强的技术攻关能力以及较强的逻辑分析和独立解决问题能力
