Elite Mould (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. is located at No. 888 Huancheng North Road, Nanqiao, Shanghai Industrial Comprehensive Development Zone. Established in January 2002, it is a Hong Kong-funded enterprise wholly owned by Hong Kong Elite Mould Manufacturing Co., Ltd. The company's total investment initially stood at HKD 30 million at its inception; in line with its corporate planning and market expansion, it was increased twice to a registered capital of HKD 60 million. Rooted in the non-metal mold industry, the company is dedicated to designing and manufacturing high-quality, high-precision, and high-difficulty plastic injection molds. Aiming at “Made in China, Respected Worldwide,” the company leads its domestic peers in design innovation capability, manufacturing precision, and comprehensive quality management. Many of its technologies, such as full simulation analysis, multi-material injection molding, micron-level precision machining, and segment-based scientific injection molding processes, are the first to be introduced, developed, or practically applied in China, and the company directly competes with top German mold makers in the global mold market. In 2004, the company passed the strict audit of BSI (British Standards Institution) in one go, obtaining ISO 9001-2000 quality certification, and in 2005 and 2006, it passed subsequent annual audits consecutively without any non-conformities. In the same year of 2004, the company also obtained certification from UL (Underwriters Laboratories) in the United States, ensuring that its system operations meet UL marking requirements. The company's existing machinery and equipment are all at international first-tier levels. It has introduced more than 20 advanced high-precision CNC machining machines from Switzerland, Germany, and Japan, including CNC, EDM, WIRE CUT, and LASER WELDING, supplemented by well-equipped factory facilities, ensuring solid strength in precision machining. In the European and American markets, the company's molds have earned a high reputation for Chinese mold makers, with customers arriving by reputation.
