4. 主导线上问题排查与解决，包括性能瓶颈分析、死锁处理、服务熔断 / 降级策略优化等，保障系统高可用。
5. 参与技术架构演进，制定 Spring、Dubbo 等技术栈的*佳实践规范，推动团队开发效率与代码质量提升。
任职要求：
1. 7 年以上 Java 开发经验，其中至少 3 年以上基于 Spring Boot、Spring Cloud 等组件的微服务项目实战经验，熟悉 Spring 核心原理（IOC、AOP、事务管理等）。
2. 精通 MySQL 数据库，具备丰富的索引优化、SQL 调优、分库分表（如 Sharding-JDBC）经验，能解决高并发场景下的数据库性能问题。
3. 深入理解 Dubbo 框架原理，熟练使用 Dubbo 进行服务治理（负载均衡、服务注册发现、配置中心等），有 Dubbo 线上问题排查与调优经验。
4. 具备架构设计能力，能独立完成中大型系统的模块拆分、技术选型（如缓存策略、消息队列应用等），有分布式系统容灾、限流、降级方案设计经验。
5. 有线上问题解决实战经验，能快速定位并解决服务超时、内存泄漏、分布式事务等复杂问题，熟悉监控工具（如 Prometheus、SkyWalking）。
6. 加分项：
有电商 O2O 门店连锁系统、全球化业务系统开发经验；
熟悉 Redis、Kafka 等中间件的原理与调优；
