Its main business, multi-vendor service (MVS), leverages the advantages of a nationwide network layout and distributed rapid deployment capabilities to provide product service support and management services to product manufacturers or upstream service providers, helping them quickly achieve last-mile delivery and continuously improve end-user satisfaction. Lenovo Service, based on a mature operations management platform, provides after-sales maintenance and service support for all Lenovo hardware and software products through chain service stores and on-site teams distributed across the country, and offers customers a full range of Lenovo value-added products and value-added services to achieve value-added revenue. Development History: Sunny-ITS has experienced three stages of business development. In the early days of its establishment, it mainly provided after-sales repair services for Lenovo products to Lenovo customers, being the largest system service provider in Lenovo's after-sales service channels and a key force in creating the professional reputation of "Lenovo Sunny Service" renowned in the industry. In 2008, while continuing and expanding the provision of quality services to Lenovo customers, Sunny-ITS actively explored new service businesses, fully entered the management service (MS) field, successfully initiated service outsourcing business, and provided professional IT outsourcing services to clients such as the Beijing Olympics, the World Expo, several well-known chain enterprises, and multinational corporations in China, receiving high recognition from industry clients and ranking second in the domestic IT desktop outsourcing service market. In 2011, on the solid foundation of Lenovo Service and IT outsourcing services, Sunny-ITS optimized its service and resource allocation, re-expanded the service market, and launched the multi-vendor service (MVS) business, becoming the first domestic provider focusing on three major service areas: terminal peripherals, enterprise-level services, and network energy, successfully signing iconic clients such as Emerson, FEC, Wincor, and Microsoft, providing Sunny-ITS's quality services for their end-user product and service support.
