1.负责核心后端服务与 API 的设计、开发与维护，保障系统在稳定性、性能、安全性方面的高质量交付。
2.参与业务需求分析与系统架构设计，能够将复杂业务拆解为可落地、可演进的后端技术方案。
3.负责后端代码的持续优化，包括性能调优、可维护性改进及技术债治理。
4.参与代码评审、单元测试和技术规范建设，推动团队工程质量和开发效率的提升。
5.利用 AI 提升研发效率（如代码生成、测试辅助、问题排查等）
6.将 AI 能力引入业务流程，实现自动化或智能化改造
任职要求
1. 计算机科学、软件工程或相关专业本科及以上学历。
2. 3 年及以上 Python 后端开发经验，具备扎实的后端工程基础和良好的编码习惯。
3. 精通 Python 语言，熟练使用 FastAPI / Flask / Django 等框架进行 RESTful 或 GraphQL API 开发。
4. 熟悉 API 设计规范（OpenAPI / Swagger），具备接口设计、鉴权认证（JWT / OAuth2）及性能优化经验。
5. 熟悉常见后端基础组件与中间件，包括 MySQL、Redis、MinIO、ElasticSearch 等，并有实际项目经验。
6.了解大语言模型（LLM）的基本原理与使用方式，有实际 AI 应用或落地实践经验，包括但不限于：
a.调用并集成主流 LLM API
b.基于业务场景进行 Prompt 设计与优化
c.简单的 RAG / Agent 方案实践
7.具备良好的问题分析与定位能力，能够快速排查和解决线上问题。
8.具备良好的沟通能力和责任心，能够与多角色团队高效协作。
