3.熟练掌握SpringBoot、Spring Cloud、MyBatis等主流开源框架，并了解其核心原理；
4.熟悉MySQL、Oracle等至少一种关系型数据库，具备SQL优化能力；
5.了解Redis缓存(如缓存策略、分布式锁)、消息队列(如KakaRabbitMQ)的基本应用;熟练使用Maven、Gil等开发管理工具；
6.学习能力强，关注新技术应用;具备良好的逻辑思维能力、沟通表达能力和团队协作精神，有强烈的责任心和抗压能力。
