Founded in 1957 in Providence, Rhode Island, USA, it established a production factory TOWER LIANG LTD. in Taiwan in 1984, and moved to the open city of mainland China—Shenzhen (Shajing Wanfeng Village, Bao'an District) in 1987, establishing a wholly foreign-owned enterprise—Baohua Electric Factory. In 2000, due to a surge in business, the company relocated to Huangpu Wuni Industrial Zone (now renamed Huangpu Industrial Zone), Shajing Town, Bao'an District, Shenzhen. The total investment scale is 25 million USD, with a factory area of 400,000 square feet, mainly producing various switches, thermostats, ALCI, GFCI, and LCDI and other electrical accessories.
