熟悉 PostgreSQL 或其他主流关系型数据库，具备 SQL 编写与性能调优能力；
熟悉模型推理服务部署流程，了解常见模型服务框架（如 vLLM）；
熟悉 Docker 容器原理与使用，能编写并优化 Dockerfile；
熟练使用 Kubernetes 常用命令，具备容器化部署与排查能力；
熟练使用 Kubernetes，掌握核心资源对象（Pod、Service、Deployment、StatefulSet 等）；
熟悉 Kubernetes 中的资源调度、负载均衡、服务发现、滚动升级、弹性伸缩等机制；
熟悉 Helm 等部署工具，能编写和维护 Helm Chart；
有在容器环境中部署 GPU 推理服务的经验，熟悉相关资源调度与性能调优；
同时有 Golang 后端开发经验者优先；
有AI 平台、Kubernetes 平台开发经验者优先。
学习能力强，能快速理解和应对复杂业务场景；
具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作意识；
