Yanfeng Visteon Electronics Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Technology Company") was formerly the R&D center of Yanfeng Visteon Automotive Electronics Co., Ltd., and was registered as a wholly-owned subsidiary of the electronics company in 2011.
The Technology Company is a high-tech enterprise integrating product development, design, engineering testing, and validation, committed to developing world-class automotive electronic products. It provides high-quality electronic products to renowned global automobile manufacturers. The company not only has the capability for overseas product development but is also dedicated to the research and development of product localization. Its main products involve the software and hardware development of three major product lines: in-vehicle entertainment systems, driving information systems, and control systems. Specific products include car radios, CD players, DVD, navigation, in-vehicle information systems, amplifiers, Bluetooth modules, instrument clusters, clocks, multi-function display modules, air conditioning controllers, central control electronics, body control modules, adaptive front-lighting control systems, keyless entry systems, battery management systems, power control modules, and control software for new energy vehicle electronics, among others.
The Technology Company adopts a general manager responsibility system, under which there are three major product R&D systems and a product innovation/platform system. The three leading product lines include audio entertainment systems (AI), driving information systems (DI), and central control electronic modules (CSE). In particular, the R&D of product innovation/platforms is the breakthrough direction for our core technologies. The company's organization covers software and hardware development and design departments, product validation and testing departments, as well as a product process control/engineering services department and an advanced engineering department. Currently, the company has nearly 500 engineers, covering different fields such as electronics, software, and mechanics.
