公司于2013年11月11日注册成立，在赛罕区金桥开发区开发建设具有*水平的7倍聚光光伏发电系统（“C7系统”）的吉瓦光伏产业园，内容包括1GW/年的本地化C7系统制造工厂、聚光光伏技术研发中心以及在内蒙古自治区开发建设超过7.5GW的光伏电站，同时拓展青海、甘肃、西藏、新疆等全国市场及全球市场，中远期目标开发建设15GW高效光伏电站。
