Yanfeng KSS (Shanghai) Automotive Safety Systems Co., Ltd. is a joint venture co-founded by Yanfeng Visteon Automotive Trim Systems Co., Ltd. and American Key Safety Systems, Inc., with a total investment of USD 32.5 million and a registered capital of USD 13 million. The company is primarily engaged in the design, development, testing, manufacturing, and sales of automotive passive safety systems. Its products include steering wheels, airbag modules, seat belts, airbags, and the integration of the entire automotive passive safety system.

The company is located in Kangqiao Industrial Park, Pudong, Shanghai. The entire plant includes a manufacturing center and an advanced technical center building, equipped with world-class automotive safety system testing and experimental equipment, making it the first automotive safety system supplier in China to be equipped with a dynamic sled crash test machine. The company's technical center not only meets the R&D needs for its own safety system products but also undertakes engineering development requirements for domestic and overseas OEM customers, with engineering development business covering the Asia-Pacific region. The company's business covers major domestic OEM customers such as Shanghai GM, Shanghai Volkswagen, SAIC Motor, Beijing Hyundai, Changan Ford Mazda, FAW-Volkswagen, Jianghuai Automobile, SAIC-GM-Wuling, Geely Automobile, Chery Automobile, among others. The company's products are also exported to Europe, North America, Japan, South Korea, and other regions, and are well recognized by customers at home and abroad.

Yanfeng KSS (Shanghai) Automotive Safety Systems Co., Ltd is a Sino-US joint venture co-invested by Yanfeng Visteon Automotive Trim Systems Co., Ltd and Key Safety Systems, Inc., with a total investment of USD 32.5 million and registered capital of USD 13 million. Yanfeng KSS is specialized in the design, development, test, manufacture and sales of automotive restraint safety systems, including steering wheels, airbag modules, seatbelt, cushion and the whole vehicle restraint safety systems integration.

Yanfeng KSS is located at the Kangqiao Industry Zone of Pudong Shanghai, with a manufacturing center and a world [advanced] technical center which has world [advanced] vehicle restraint safety system development capability. Yanfeng KSS is the first vehicle safety system supplier in China that has been equipped with dynamic sled crush test machine. The technical center not only undertakes its own safety system product R&D demand of the company, but also provides engineering development service to domestic and overseas OEMs. The company domestic business covers most of the major OEMs in China, such as SGM, SVW, SAIC, Beijing Hyundai, Changan Ford Mazda, FAW-VW, JAC, SGM Wuling, Geely, Chery, and etc. The company export business also reaches Europe, North America, Japan, South Korea, and etc. The company products have been well received among its domestic and overseas customers.
