Ruihua Certified Public Accountants is a large-scale accounting firm that is professional, standardized, large-scale, and internationalized, established on April 30, 2013, through the merger of Zhongrui Yuehua and Guofu Haohua, with its headquarters in Beijing, China. Both Zhongrui Yuehua and Guofu Haohua were among the first in the industry to complete the transition to special general partnership, holding audit qualifications for A+H shares, and are professional service institutions with prominent influence in China's CPA industry.

As of the end of 2012, Ruihua had over 9,000 employees, including 2,600 certified public accountants, 23 leading talents in the CPA industry designated by the Ministry of Finance, many holding overseas practice certificates, many serving as consultants or expert committee members for functional departments of the State Council, local governments, and CPA institutes, and many serving as deputies to the National and local People's Congresses and members of the CPPCC.
