公司主要生产特高热值主焦煤、1/3焦煤和煤层气。所属矿井井田面积258平方公里，设计生产能力15万吨/年；配套建设60万吨选煤厂。矿井自2013年6月由云南东源和恒鼎公司合资组建，生产一年来实现了安全管理动态化、工程质量标准化、采掘装备现代化、监测监控自动化、办公设施数字化、后勤服务社会化。按照公司发展战略，未来的江浪煤矿将技改成年产原煤45万吨的中型现代化企业，成为云南乃至西南地区安全生产好、基础管理好、人均效率好、经济效益好、员工素质好、企业形象好的六好示范化矿井。
