2、基于 SpringBoot、SpringCloud、MybatisPlus 等框架进行应用开发与模块集成，负责数据库表结构设计、SQL 编写及M 映射实现，保障功能落地符合业务需求；
3、负责系统性能优化，包括 Java 代码重构、JVM 调优、数据库 SQL 优化、缓存策略调整、中间件（Redis/MQ）配置优化等，提升系统并发处理能力与响应速度；
4、参与团队技术分享与代码评审，提出建设性意见，协助提升团队整体开发效率与代码质量；

岗位要求：
1、具有5年以上JAVA开发经验，基础扎实，学信网可查本科以上学历；
2、熟悉SpringBoot、SpringCloud、MybatisPlus等开源框架及原理；
3、熟悉MySQL,Oracle等关系型数据库,并且可以完成数据库的性能优化；
4、熟悉Redis、MQ等常用中间件；
5、熟悉分布式系统的原理设计及应用、熟悉多线程及高性能的原理设计及编码；
6、良好的沟通能力及团队合作精神、责任心强、有较强协调、目标意识;
7、较强的学习能力和解决问题的能力，良好的需求归纳分析能力和文档编写能力、表达能力，具备强烈的责任心和团队合作的精神，思路清晰。
