III. Company Benefits:
1. Basic salary (daily-wage employees): 2,200 RMB/month, weekday overtime 18.96 RMB/hour, weekend overtime 24.29 RMB/hour;
2. Position allowance (daily-wage employees): Operators may enjoy a position allowance ranging from 50 RMB/month to 400 RMB/month before and after the probation period depending on their position and work performance;
3. Night shift subsidy (daily-wage employees): Employees working night shifts (molding, injection molding, mold workshops) may enjoy a 10 RMB/day midnight snack subsidy; shift rotation occurs once every half month;
4. Performance bonus (daily-wage employees): Employees in injection molding and molding workshops may participate in departmental over-production performance assessment starting from the month following entry, with over-production bonuses ranging from 0 to 800 RMB (depending on the employee's specific over-production).
5. Full attendance bonus (monthly-wage employees): Monthly-wage staff may enjoy a full attendance bonus of 100-200 RMB/month;
6. Seniority bonus (all employees): 40 RMB/month seniority bonus for each full year of work, increasing by 40 RMB/month for each additional full year. ***Maximum 200 RMB/month.
7. Year-end bonus (all employees): All employees who join before September 30 each year are entitled to a year-end bonus (for daily-wage employees, the year-end bonus calculation base is the sum of the basic salary and position allowance for December of that year; for monthly-wage staff, the year-end bonus base is equivalent to about 80% of the total monthly salary).

8. Year-end dividend (monthly-wage employees): Subject to the company's profitability, determined by departmental goal achievement, individual work performance, entry time, attendance days, etc.;
9. Social insurance/paid leave (all employees): The company uniformly purchases social insurance. Company employees may enjoy national statutory paid leave benefits (marriage, bereavement, maternity, statutory holidays, personal paid annual leave, etc.);
10. Salary payment (all employees): The company has stable orders year-round and pays wages on time on the 20th of each month. Since the factory opened, wages have never been delayed.
11. Free medical examination (all employees): A free medical examination is arranged for employees every year.
