Budweiser InBev (Suqian) Brewery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Suqian Factory) is a production and logistics base of Budweiser InBev, belonging to Supply Chain Region 7. The designed ultimate production capacity is 1 million tons of beer annually. After the current Phase 1 construction is completed, the capacity will reach 300,000 tons, and the second production line has already started production.
The factory's organizational structure consists of 11 departments: Plant Manager's Office, Logistics, Brewing, Packaging, Technical Services, Environment, Safety, Quality, Personnel and Administration, Planning and Performance, Finance, and Information Technology. The factory's management levels are Plant Manager, Department Manager, Supervisor, and Employee.
Upon onboarding, the company arranges three-level training for employees: plant-level, department-level, and position-level, ensuring that employees master job skills and safety and quality requirements.
