Volkswagen Automatic Transmission (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Volkswagen Group. As Volkswagen Group's largest green transmission production base in China, the company currently has more than 4,600 employees and two production bases, covering an area of 761,000 square meters, with a total of six dual-clutch transmissions and new energy products. Its main customers in the Chinese market are SAIC Volkswagen and FAW-Volkswagen. With the corporate vision of "Moving the Future Together," the company aims to produce a new generation of high-quality transmissions, electric motors, and automotive parts; build smart digital factories; cultivate highly skilled employees; act with a high sense of responsibility towards the environment, society, and employees; and always operate legally and with integrity, creating value for customers.

Since 2014, our plant has continuously supplied high-quality DSG dual-clutch automatic transmissions to millions of domestically produced vehicles of Volkswagen Group (China), becoming a significant player in the industry. We have always adhered to high-quality standards and technological levels to maintain our growth momentum in the Chinese market. To date, we have achieved mass production of four dual-clutch transmissions and two new energy products, and have optimized CO2 emissions for two of these transmissions. In 2020, another pure electric drive motor for the MEB platform will be mass-produced. Among these, the localized production of the DQ400e hybrid transmission and the APP290 pure electric drive motor marks a further strengthening of the Volkswagen Group's electrification strategy and represents a solid step into the electric vehicle market.
