1、负责主导用户增长相关系统能力落地及演进，包括但不限于广告投放、PUSH、承接、激励活动、KOC等；
2、设计、开发和落地广告投放自研平台，支撑业务进行大规模预算投放及管理，如归因、RTA、DSP、Marketing API、自动化投放、素材管理、结算验收、风控反作弊等；
3、设计、开发用户画像平台，利用自有数据萃取、外部数据引入、算法模型能力等满足业务需求，刻画用户画像，以支撑业务精细化运营；
4、协同客户端、前端、算法等团队设计并开发PUSH、短信、邮件等触达平台，支撑个性化业务能力，提升留存
5、紧密地和跨功能团队合作（包括但不限于工程，算法，数据分析，产品，策略），理解需求，并能根据业务发展规划前瞻性的布局和落地技术方案。

任职资格
1、具备千万DAU以上规模产品（泛娱乐、工具为主）大规模用户增长研发经验，具备0-1、1-10经验优先；
2、深度理解增长投放（拉新促活）、触达及其他用户增长业务场景；
3、深度熟悉用户增长行业发展历程及*新行业动态。
