Hexing Electronics

Hexing Electronics (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd., established in February 2010, is a wholly Korean-owned enterprise invested by Korea Hexing Electronics Co., Ltd., with a total investment of 12 million US dollars. It mainly engages in the research, development, production, and processing of display screens and new electronic components, selling the company's products, and providing related services. With a total investment of 36 million US dollars, the company is a specialized manufacturer of core components for flat panel displays, including BLU, a key component of TFT-LCD, and small and medium-sized TFT-LCD modules. Possessing the world's largest-scale production capacity for BLU, it stably supplies components to its main customer, LG Display (LGD), a subsidiary of LG Corporation. We will also conduct technological development and invest capital in new-generation display fields such as PDP and OLED, growing into a multinational enterprise with our unique technical capabilities. In China, we have established plants in Nanjing, Suzhou, and Guangzhou.

- September 1999: Completion of Jinli Plant (BLU mass production)
- March 2001: Completion of Daegu Plant (BLU mass production)
- September 2002: Establishment of Chinese legal entity (Hexing Electronics (Nanjing) Co., Ltd.)
- February 2003: Expansion of Daegu Plant (lamp manufacturing)
- October 2003: Expansion of Daegu Plant (TFT-LCD and cell production)
- December 2004: Expansion of Nanjing Plant in China
- July 2005: Establishment of Poland Plant
- January 2006: Establishment of Paju Plant
- October 2008: Establishment of Suzhou legal entity (Hexing Electronics (Suzhou) Co., Ltd.)
- February 2010: Establishment of Guangzhou legal entity (Hexing Electronics (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd.)
