MajResponsibilities
61 Execute projects under the supervision of project manager
在项目经理指导下负责具体项目任务的执行与交付
61 Perform data analysis process analysis to identify issues validate with client personnel our recommendations developed
通过数据分析和流程诊断识别问题，并与客户共同验证团队提出的改进建议。
61 Reviewing, documenting, evaluating testing controls in a wide range of environments developing effective solutions
审查、记录、评估并测试各类环境中的控制措施，制定有效的优化解决方案
61 Prepare internal audit report project closing report fmanager review
撰写内部审计报告或项目结案报告，供经理审阅
61 Apply understanding of Protiviti methodologies business processes in consulting projects
在咨询项目中运用 Protiviti 方法论及行业业务流程知识
61 Ensure timely completion of assigned project phases
确保负责的项目阶段按时、高质量完成
61 Develop maintain effective client relationships
发展并维护良好的客户关系

Qualifications Requirements
61 Bachelor’s above degree. Majoring in Accounting, Finance, Business preferred.
本科及以上学历，会计、财务、商科等相关专业优先
61 1-2 years of experience in related fields (including internal control, accounting, auditing business analytics) is preferred. In-house experience with internal control/internal audit/compliance/risk management/ business analytics function is a plus.
具备1-2年相关领域工作经验（涉及内部控制、会计、审计、商业分析）优先。拥有企业内部内控/内审/合规/风险管理/商业分析职能经验者尤佳
61 Professional Certification such as CIA, CPA etc. preferred
持有CIA、CPA等专业资格者优先
61 Strong team player able to effectively work with colleagues with different background personalities
具备优秀的团队合作精神，能够有效与不同背景和性格的同事协作
61 Strong analytical skills learning capability fnew techniques. Experience of AI deployment in project is a plus.
61 具备出色的分析能力和新技术学习能力。在工作或者实习项目中应用AI的经验尤佳
61 Good commof written spoken Chinese English
精通中英文书面及口语表达
61 Ability to travel through the country region to support client needs practice goals
能够根据客户需求和业务目标在国内及区域范围出差
