III. Company Development
January 2019: Tianyu Elderly Care was established, with its headquarters in Shanghai.
May 2021: Completed Series A1 financing, led by Hillhouse Capital, with follow-on investment from Chaling Capital and All-Stars Capital.
September 2021: Tianyu Elderly Care reached a strategic cooperation with Fudan University to conduct joint industry-academia research.
February 2022: Completed Series A2 financing, with investors including Chaling Capital, Hillhouse Capital, All-Stars Capital, and Zhongding Capital.
March 2023: Approved as a 2022 Shanghai "Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and Innovative" enterprise.

March 2023: Digital regulatory standards for smart home-based elderly care services were selected as a "Shanghai Standardization Pilot Project."
May 2023: Songchun'guo Technology Platform was launched, opening the ecosystem to the elderly care industry.
