Key Responsibilities
• Technical Governance Thru Application Lifecycle
- The Lead Software Engineer supervises, leads the design, build, deployment maintenance of tailor-made and/software packages the adaptation of existing ones.
- Provides day-to-day application support: Possess good initiative, be able to actively follow up on online issues, do a good job of sustaining as daily duty.
- Complex malfunctions, incidents bugs are managed, understood, analyzed, reported solved.
- Evaluates governance the application technical effort/cost through application full lifecycle, including design, build, test, running, decommission, etc.
• Business DemTranslation & Alignment
- Act as a bridge between technical (developers, infra, etc.) non-technical (business, BA, PM, squad leader, etc.).
- The business objectives needs are analyzed converted functional and/technical specifications with comprehensive alignment.
- Engage in strategic discussions with business stakeholders to identify opportunities ftechnical solutions.
• End-to-End Technical Solution
- Works with internal external business partners to redefine functional and/technical specifications.
- Functional and/technical specifications are mastered to cover the right level of business needs
- Drive the adoption of proper, efficient innovative technical solutions to real business value.
• Technical Quality & Excellence
- Ensuring the non-functional system qualities: stability, scalability, performance, security consistency.
- Initiate continuous architecture design assessment following the company/industry practices.
- collects compliance security requests, cascading to development team, tracking to ensure implementation in expected standard.
• Technology Leadership & Innovation
- Stay up-to-date with cutting-edge technologies, particularly in AI empowered technical solutions
- Experiment with new frameworks, architectures, methodologies to continuously improve corresponding technical solutions.
任职资格:
- Bachelor’s degree above in computer science related majors.
- More than 5 years’ experience in system development design.
- Practical experience in Java programming, Spring Cloud, microservices Cloud native.
- Proven records of successfully designing, implementing launching cloud-based distributed systems freal complex business scenarios.
- Speak write in both English Chinese
- E-commerce experience is a plus.
- Frontend development WeChat miniprogram development experience is a plus
