Autoliv (China) Steering Wheel Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Autoliv Sweden in China. Its produced steering wheels will be supplied to all vehicle manufacturers in China and exported to Japan/Korea/USA/Australia and other countries. It is expected that by 2010, the annual production will reach 2.5 million sets, with 70% for export. The production equipment adopts world-leading die-casting machines, polyurethane foaming machines, machining, drilling, and other equipment. The company will also introduce Autoliv's lean manufacturing system and the most advanced product technology from the headquarters, so as to elevate the quality of steering wheel manufacturing in China to the global advanced level, while ensuring the company's operation meets the highest standards.
