In China, Trafigura engages in trading in non-ferrous metal ores, refined metals, crude oil and petroleum products, and ferrous minerals (including iron ore and coal), actively participates in carbon trading, and is also one of China's leading suppliers of copper, lead, and zinc concentrates. Over the past 30 years, we have continuously deepened our presence in the domestic market, leveraging the Group's global strengths combined with the domestic metals and minerals industry, to progress and develop together with our customers. Trafigura China currently employs over 270 staff and achieved a turnover of over RMB 160 billion in 2023, ranking 9th among the top 100 foreign-invested enterprises in Shanghai by revenue.
