工厂占地面积37500平方米,建筑面积41600平方米,每月产能可达70万双。于2005年正式通过SA8000国际认证,2006年通过ISO9001:2000国际认证,并符合当地政府人权要求。

福利待遇:
公司员工上班实行计时制为主,计件制为辅(多劳多得),加班费根据劳动法规定支付,每月月底准时出粮,周一到周五加班按1.5倍计算,周六加班按2倍计算,每周公休一天,法定假日11天有薪给假,平时晚上加班2或3小时,进厂不收取任何押金及扣押任何证件。
正常上班为五天八小时制。
综合工资:2000-4000元(各部门工资不同) 公司提供食宿及保健设施,为员工买社保和养老保险;宿舍提供热水、风扇,有篮球场及乒乓球台及各种运动场所.
