是以康复医学为主的专科医院，成立于2007年5月，前身为滁州市中西医结合医院康复医学科，建科有20年历史，目前设有内，外，中医科，成人康复中心，儿童康复中心，孕产妇康复中心，医技中心，床位150张。医院拥有高中职及治疗师和护师约80余人，是安徽省工伤康复，儿童脑瘫康复定点医院，市级职工,城镇居民及新农合医保定点医院。
