2.积极与制造、销售、物流等课室保持密切沟通，确保采购计划与生产需求、销售计划、生产计划及物流安排相协调；
3.供应商的开发评定。参与新产品、新工艺、新材料开发，负责PPAP资料策划和提交与样件质量控制；
4.供应商定期审核。编制、实施和跟踪审核计划，质量问题整改的督促、协调和跟踪；
5.供应商日常管理。参与产品控制计划、检验规范的制定。对供应商的检验报告和试验报告做出判断和验证。对生产香肠质量问题分析和判断，出具处理意见，提出纠正和预防措施。
6.负责内外部质量信息的传递、整理、处理和改进；
7.负责供应商质量绩效的评定和管理。与供应商保持良好的合作关系，及时沟通交货进度和质量问题，确保物料按时按质供应；
任职要求：
1.本科以上学历，具有机械、电气、机加工等专业背景。
2.3年以上汽车零部件行业相关岗位经验，熟悉IATF16949质量体系标准；
3.熟练使用五大工具和质量工具，掌握数据分析技能；
4.熟练使用各种办公软件，具备良好的沟通协作能力，以及严谨的工作作风和品质意识。
