职责描述：
1.实施产能规划及确定生产线，制定新品生产工艺方案，实施工艺评审；
2.推进生产装备/工装方案策划、评审，投资禀议编制、签署以及验收；
3.编制新品工艺文件并实施动态更新，对新品项目过程开发实施全流程跟踪管理；
4.工艺质量问题分析及处理
5.协助开展集团化新产品工艺开发管理，包括成熟产品的新品报价、中标产品的工艺方案及禀议审核；
6.ERP系统维护及更新、MES系统配置等。
任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历，机械类相关专业；
2.具备3年以上工艺策划/技术相关岗位工作经验，有新产品导入（NPI）项目经验，熟悉行业标准及新品试制全流程管理；
3.熟练使用设计软件（AutoCAD、Solidwork等）和办公软件，良好的英语/日语读写能力；
4. 具备工艺开发与文件编制能力、跨部门协同与问题解决能力；
5.具有参与或实施自动化产线改造或导入MES等信息化项目经验者优先。
