On September 16, 2004, with the approval of the China Insurance Regulatory Commission, Taiping Insurance Hunan Branch was successfully opened, and corresponding institutions and service outlets were established in prefectures and cities across the province. At present, there are 11 third-level institutions, 5 fourth-level institutions, and 3 marketing service departments. In September 2005, Taiping Property Insurance Hunan Branch invested in and purchased a 2,270 square meter office workplace, becoming one of the few companies in Hunan's insurance industry to own its own workplace. In August 2009, Hunan Branch was officially renamed Taiping Property Insurance Co., Ltd. Hunan Branch. The company has a professional and young workforce, and most of the management staff are senior professionals who have long been engaged in finance and insurance work. After more than ten years of development, Taiping Property Insurance Hunan Branch, with the business philosophy of "entering the market with integrity," has occupied an important position in Hunan's insurance market. Our company was rated as a Consumer Trustworthy Unit in 2006, a Contract-honoring and Credit-reliable Unit by the Changsha Administration for Industry and Commerce in 2006, a Hunan Consumer Rights Demonstration Unit for 2007-2008, and an Advanced Unit in Public Security Comprehensive Management in the province from 2008 to 2009. At the same time, in the claims service quality evaluation organized by the Hunan Insurance Regulatory Bureau, our company was rated as a Class A institution for four consecutive years (2013-2016). In the Hunan Insurance Regulatory Bureau's detection and classified evaluation of three indicators—business operation risk indicators, compliance risk indicators, and internal control risk indicators—for insurance branch institutions in Hunan Province, our company was rated as a Class A institution for four consecutive years (2011-2014). In the Hunan Insurance Regulatory Bureau's evaluation of solvency and risk management work of Hunan insurance companies in 2011, our company was rated as an Advanced Unit in Solvency Management Work for 2011. It has also successively received the "Contract-honoring and Credit-reliable" Unit awarded by the Changsha Administration for Industry and Commerce in 2011, the "Contract-honoring and Credit-reliable" Unit awarded by the Hunan Administration for Industry and Commerce in 2012, and the "Contract-honoring and Credit-reliable" Unit awarded by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, as well as the honorary title of "Hunan Top 100 Integrity Brand." For two consecutive years (2014 and 2015), it was rated by the Insurance Regulatory Bureau as an "Advanced Unit in Solvency Risk Management Work." In 2014, it was rated as a "Hunan Integrity Enterprise" and "Hunan Top 100 Integrity Brand." On January 20, 2016, the summary meeting of the third Hunan Enterprise Integrity Construction Theme Activity, jointly hosted by the Hunan Contract-honoring and Credit-reliable Enterprise Association and the Hunan Credit Construction Promotion Association, was held at the Jiusuo Hall of the Hunan Provincial Party Committee. Taiping Property Insurance Hunan Branch was once again selected as a "Hunan Integrity Enterprise" and "Hunan Top 100 Integrity Brand," and was publicly announced in Hunan Daily. In 2017, it was rated as a "Hunan Integrity Enterprise" and "Hunan Enterprise Integrity Construction Advanced Unit." In April 2017, Taiping Insurance Group and the Hunan Provincial People's Government signed the Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement in Hong Kong. We know that integrity is the foundation of the insurance industry and the basis for its success, and is the core content of ensuring social stability and harmony. Without integrity, the insurance industry would have no foundation for existence. Since the establishment of the branch, it has always attached importance to integrity construction, put customer rights and interests first, and always considered customers' needs.
