In March 2010, Jupai Investment Group was established and entered the wealth management industry. The group adheres to the philosophy of "dedicated and responsible wealth management and family", takes the research system as the investment guide, and strives to create a service-oriented wealth management group. Currently, the group consists of three platforms: Jupai Investment - wealth management, Juzhou Asset - investment banking and asset management, and Jupai Yumao - public fund sales. They provide comprehensive wealth management services to high-net-worth clients in China through asset management products, public funds, and investment banking services.
Jupai Investment Group is one of the earliest and largest professional wealth management institutions in China, initiated by a strong national comprehensive investment group and jointly established with elites from the internet, banking, real estate, and other industries. Based on providing sustainable and stable wealth growth consulting services to high-net-worth clients, Jupai Investment Group deeply understands client needs, assists in planning wealth goals, and helps clients formulate wealth strategies. Juzhou Asset Management (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., as an important brand and subsidiary of Jupai Investment Group, was established in 2013 with its headquarters in Shanghai. With "safe product supply" as its core, it provides portfolio investment and asset allocation for high-net-worth individuals, wealthy families, and institutional investors, and offers all-around asset management services. Juzhou Asset aims to become a practitioner of real estate financial innovation in China.
Jupai Yumao, as an important brand and subsidiary of Jupai Investment Group, was established in 2014. Based on Jupai Investment Group's in-depth research on China's wealth management industry, it provides investment management services for investors with multi-channel investment needs.
Growth and Honors
In 2010, Jupai Investment Group was founded, and in the same year, it received its first angel investment.
In 2010, we were a company of a dozen people, with only one wealth center in Shanghai; by 2015, nearly 1,000 employees and over 30 wealth centers were spread across major cities nationwide: Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen, Hangzhou, Tianjin, Suzhou... Our team continues to grow.
In November 2013, Jupai Investment Group won second place in China's Top 10 most powerful third-party wealth management institutions of 2013. With nearly a thousand competitors, Jupai, established only three years, stood out with its strength.
On December 14, 2013, Shanghai Jiao Tong University Entrepreneur Annual Meeting awarded Jupai Investment Group the 2013 Outstanding Enterprise Award.
In March 2014, Jupai ranked among the top three in the '2014 China Real Estate Third-Party Wealth Management Institutions Top 10'. This list, issued by the China Real Estate Research Association, China Real Estate Association, and China Real Estate Appraisal Center, affirmed Jupai Investment Group's achievements in the industry.
On April 23, 2014, Jupai Juzhou Asset and Jupai Hehui Asset were granted the qualification of private fund management institutions. Since then, the two subsidiaries under Jupai have become financial institutions that can conduct private equity securities investment, equity investment, venture capital, and other private fund businesses.
Obtaining the private fund management qualification is both an honor and a milestone for Jupai. In the future, we will expand the investment landscape on a broader platform, providing investors with richer financial products and more reasonable asset allocation.
