公司成立于公元1992年，懂事长陈明湖先生是杭州台商会创会之副会长，从事木雕装修装饰、木雕工艺品制作三十余年。2001年中央电视台「天厓共此时」专题报导，2002年中央电视台「世纪风」2002年杭州电视台「十分关注」，同年获得（杭州）国际民间手工艺品展览金奖银奖，，2007年中央四台「台商故事」及各大杂志社、新闻皆有报导；河南嵩山少林寺达摩像，杭州清河坊大型关公像，水浒一百零八将皆有本公司创作。公司主要经营范围：传统工艺品雕刻、佛像雕刻、宗教寺庙建筑设计、室内装修、装饰、雕饰设计、园艺花卉景观设计、家具制作加工、各式木雕、竹雕、木制品生产…等等；为发展中国传统雕刻艺术之行业做贡献!!
