一、公司介绍
中信环境环保运营平台公司系中信环境投资集团有限公司核心子公司，定位为环保产业运营主体。水务公司业务涵盖三大板块：一是水务运营，包括城乡供水、污水处理、再生水利用及管网运维一体化服务等；二是循环经济，包括循环经济产业园、固废处置及资源化利用等；三是环保工程，包括水环境治理、工业废水处理等EPC及技术服务。

二、工作职责
1.负责公司网络系统与数据安全体系的风险防控和应急响应，维护公司的办公网络、信息化系统、设备正常运转。
2.负责推进公司管理数字化与业务数字化，组织实施公司数字化应用建设；指导下属公司数字基础设施与数据管理工作。
3.负责协助开展公司核心数字基础设施的架构规划、建设和运维。
4.负责协助建设公司数据管理体系，推进数据资源化和数据资产化工作。
5.协助完成总工办·数智化与科技创新其他日常工作。

三、任职资格
1.大学本科及以上学历，计算机科学与技术、网络安全、软件工程、信息工程、自动化、机械工程等相关专业。有大型央国企信息化运维经历者优先；
2.熟练掌握计算机软、硬件知识，熟悉常用的桌面操作系统、服务器操作系统的安装，能够快速判断和处置各类软件、软件故障，能熟练使用各类主流办公软、硬件;
3.熟悉信息安全体系，熟悉风险评估、等保测评内容和流程。具备一定的网络安全管理能力，能独立配置简单网络环境，完成机房综合布线;
4.持有信息安全相关证书（如：CISSP、CISP等）者优先。
