一、公司简介
中信环境环保运营平台公司系中信环境投资集团有限公司核心子公司，定位为环保产业运营主体。水务公司业务涵盖三大板块：一是水务运营，包括城乡供水、污水处理、再生水利用及管网运维一体化服务等；二是循环经济，包括循环经济产业园、固废处置及资源化利用等；三是环保工程，包括水环境治理、工业废水处理等EPC及技术服务。

二、工作职责
1.合并报表：编制集团月度、季度、年度合并财务报表，处理内部关联交易、内部往来抵消，确保数据及时真实准确。
2.定期报告：按集团要求编制财务报告及附注，配合完成年度审计。
3.报表分析：对合并报表进行同比、环比及预算对比分析，重点监控营收、成本、毛利率、资产负债率、现金流等指标。
4.专项分析：针对BOT/PPP项目收入确认、各业务板块营收和净利润、有息负债等进行深度财务分析，揭示风险。
5.预算编制：落实集团全面预算管理的要求，组织编制公司年度全面预算，指导各部门及下属公司年度全面预算编制工作。
6.绩效考核：负责上级单位对公司年度经营绩效考核指标的分解。组织完成区域中心及下属公司年度经营绩效考核。负责总部部门年度绩效考核目标制定、责任书签订、目标调整和年度考核工作。

三、任职资格
1.本科及以上学历，财务、会计、审计、金融等相关专业；
2.中级及以上职称，取得注册会计师及相关证书者优先；
3.精通企业会计准则、财务报表合并全流程；
4.熟悉全面预算管理、成本会计等财务专业知识；
5.数字敏感度高，具备较强的财务分析能力与清晰的逻辑思维能力,以及良好的公文材料/PPT编写能力；
5.具有良好的组织、协调、沟通能力，和团队协作精神，抗压能力强；
6.有头部会计师事务所合并报表岗经验者优先。
