一、公司简介
中信环境环保运营平台公司系中信环境投资集团有限公司核心子公司，定位为环保产业运营主体。水务公司业务涵盖三大板块：一是水务运营，包括城乡供水、污水处理、再生水利用及管网运维一体化服务等；二是循环经济，包括循环经济产业园、固废处置及资源化利用等；三是环保工程，包括水环境治理、工业废水处理等EPC及技术服务。

二、工作职责
1.制度建设：负责建立健全公司财务管理制度体系，指导各下属公司建立健全财务管理制度体系，推动财务政策在公司及下属公司的统一执行与监督。
2.风险管理：负责建立财务风险识别、评估与应对机制，涵盖债务、汇率、利率、信用及合规风险，制定风险控制措施并推动落实。
3.财务内控：组织开展财务内控自查与整改，保障财务体系稳健运行。
4.财务系统：负责财务系统的规划、实施、运维与优化。
5.推动财务业务流程数字化，提升数据自动化处理能力与系统集成水平。

三、任职资格
1.本科及以上学历，财务、会计、审计、金融等相关专业；
2.中级及以上职称，取得注册会计师及相关证书者优先；
3.熟悉企业财务管理、会计准则，具备风险识别与管控能力；
4.熟悉公司风险管理及制度体系搭建工作，具有相关实际操作经验，熟悉主流财务软件（如SAP、Oracle、用友、金蝶等）的实施、运维与管理。了解财务数字化转型路径，具备一定的业务流程优化和系统集成项目经验；
5.具有良好的组织、协调、沟通能力，和团队协作精神，抗压能力强，以及良好的公文材料/PPT编写能力。
