二、工作职责
1.全流程采购执行：负责总部采购工作，精准把控采购成本与质量。
2.供应商管理：负责供应商的开发、入库审核及年度评价工作，建立优质稳定的供应体系。
3.采购体系建立：负责总部及指导子公司建立采购标准化流程体系，加强对子公司采购流程标准化的穿透式管理；
4.采购工作监督和检查：定期组织开展子公司采购工作合规检查。

三、任职资格
1.专业背景扎实：大学本科及以上学历，物流管理、供应链管理、化工类、电气类、过程装备与控制工程、环境工程等相关专业优先；具备3年及以上采购实施工作经验，熟悉《招标投标法》及其实施条例等；
2.综合素质过硬：熟练操作办公软件，工作细心、责任心强，具备优秀的组织管理能力、沟通协调能力；廉洁自律，有较强的风险与责任意识。
3.适应能力强：具有较强的抗压能力，能快速适应新环境，并能接受因工作需要产生的出差安排。
