蔺市中心卫生院位于长江之滨，涪陵上行大约28公里，辖区人口约5万人。是一所集医疗、预防、保健为一体的综合性公立卫生院，本部建筑面积3600平方米。现有职工109人，专业技术人员80人，中级职称18人，医药护技师47人，医药护技士15人，其中执业医师24人，执业助理28人，执业护士17人，设有办公室、总务科、医护管理科、医保办、公共卫生部、住院部、门诊部。门诊部设有内科、妇科、儿科、外科、骨科、五官科、中医科、医技科。主要设备有全自动生化分析仪、血球分析仪、500mA照光机、数字化DR摄影系统、彩超、B超、颅内多普勒等设备。
