Guangdong Huaxi Forensic Evidence Judicial Appraisal Institute was approved for establishment by the Guangdong Provincial Department of Justice in May 2013. It is a formal judicial appraisal institution with independent legal person qualification, specializing in forensic evidence appraisal. The practice site is located at Room 03, 5th Floor, Building A7, Zhiyuan, No. 1001 Xueyuan Avenue, Taoyuan Street, Nanshan District, Shenzhen. The institution has a total building area of approximately 500 square meters, with a standardized dedicated forensic evidence laboratory area of 150 square meters.
The institution has obtained CNAS ISO/IEC 17025:2017 laboratory accreditation (registration number CNAS L7501, valid until March 2030). The judicial appraisal opinions it issues can meet various usage needs such as domestic judicial litigation, foreign-related immigration, and cross-border notarization. The institution always adheres to the practice principle of "scientific, objective, impartial, and accurate," upholds the service concept of "integrity-based," is based in Shenzhen, radiates across Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao, and serves the whole country, providing standardized and authoritative forensic evidence appraisal services for government functional departments, social organizations, and the general public. The institute currently has 10 professional and technical personnel on duty, including 5 certified judicial appraisers, all holding forensic evidence practice certificates issued by the Guangdong Provincial Department of Justice and possessing statutory signing qualifications. The team has a well-structured educational background, with 3 master's degree holders and 6 bachelor's degree holders, and 2 persons with intermediate professional and technical titles, forming a highly educated, echelon-based, and professional technical team.
