【核心职责】
1、负责标注平台的系统架构设计和开发，建立数据治理体系，保障数据安全合规与标注质量的持续监控；
2、构建标注工作流可视化模块，实现多模态数据协同标注，开发自动化标注质量检查工具与数据可视化看板；
3、主导分布式爬虫系统的建设，优化数据调度、抓取、解析、存储全栈流程。

【任职要求】
1、熟练掌握Java开发，熟悉Spring Boot、RocketMQ、Redis、MySQL等主流框架；
2、精通io、多线程、集合等基础框架，熟练使用Spring、MyBatis等技术；
3、具备分布式系统开发经验，深入理解RPC通信框架、分布式事务、消息队列等技术；
4、掌握Python开发，具备扎实的编码能力；
5、熟练使用Scrapy、PySpider等专业框架，掌握其核心原理和自定义扩展；
6、会用Selenium、Puppeteer等工具模拟浏览器行为，处理JavaScript渲染内容；
7、熟悉常见反爬封禁策略，并具备相关的实战经验；
