市妇幼保健所位于市中心繁华地段，拥有2200平方米业务用房。职工82人，其中自聘人员28人，付主任医师2人，主治医师36人。2007年我市的妇幼卫生工作，坚持“以保健为中心，以保障生殖健康为目的，坚持保健和临床相结合，面向基层，面向群体和预防为主”的妇幼卫生工作方针，以“一法两纲”为服务指南，认真做好各项妇幼卫生工作，努力提高我市妇女儿童的健康水平。
