任职要求：

2.JAVA基础扎实，理解io、多线程、集合等基础框架，对JVM原理有一定的了解；
3. 3年以上使用JAVA开发的经验，对用过的开源框架，能了解到它的原理和机制；对 Spring、springboot、mybatis 等开源框架熟悉；
4. 熟悉分布式系统的设计和应用，熟悉分布式、缓存、消息、搜索等机制；能对分布式常用技术进行合理应用，解决问题；
5. 掌握Linux 操作系统和大型数据库；有较强的分析设计能力和方案整合能力；
6.够出差在客户现场，快速响应客户的优化与变更；
7. 良好的沟通技能，团队合作能力，勤奋好学，责任心强。
