The egg deep-processing factory is designed and managed in accordance with European and American egg product GMP and HACCP standards. Relying on Canada's advanced egg deep-processing techniques and technology, it has introduced a fully automated production line from Belgium's OVOBEL company, selects high-quality eggs from *pollution-free breeding bases, processes 1 million fresh eggs per day, and specializes in producing egg powder, frozen fresh egg liquid, lysozyme, and immunoglobulin. The bioengineering technology center is mainly engaged in the research and product development of genetic engineering biological factors. The center has a world-class technical team, with globally renowned physiologist and biochemist Professor MARQUARDT from Canada serving as the center's scientific advisor, and Dr. FANG, chief expert in genetic engineering at Canada's Zyme Fast Inc., serving as the center's technical director. With egg deep-processing as the leader, the company has established standardized pollution-free breeding bases with 3 million laying hens across the province, supported by a supply system of 120,000 tons of pollution-free feed and additives. Through the order model of company plus base, and base connected to farms, it ensures food quality and safety starting from the source of breeding.
