1、负责项目核心模块的代码编写，控制代码开发质量，按计划完成开发任务；
2、根据产品需求，参与开发设计，编写相关技术文档；
3、配合系统分析人员完成软件系统及功能模块的设计，独立完成数据库及代码结构设计；
4、协助测试人员完成软件系统及模块的测试，定位、修复程序缺陷，优化并提升程序的执行效率；
5、其他与项目有关的开发工作。
任职要求:
1、精通Java开发语言，了解JSP、CSS、JavaScript、jQuery等语言；2个以上Java中大型产品开发经验，有丰富的系统开发经验；
2、对Java设计模式有深刻的理解，并且有相关的设计模式开发技巧，深入理解OO思想及领域模型思想；
3、熟悉io、多线程、集合等基础框架，熟悉分布式架构、缓存、消息等机制；
4、熟悉Spring框架，掌握SpringMVC、Hibernate、Mybatis常见框架，了解基本实现原理和实现机制，阅读过相关源码优先；
5、熟悉Spring Boot/SpringCloud，对前后端分离开发具有一定经验者优先。
6、熟悉常见关系型数据库，掌握SQL语言，并对MySQLORACLE至少一种数据库特性熟悉，能对复杂SQL进行性能优化。
7、对达梦、人大金仓等国产化数据库熟悉优先考虑。
8、熟悉redis、Mongodb等使用，了解其他NOSQL相关技术；
9、熟悉部署环境相关的技能，如熟悉shell、Jenkins、东方通、宝兰德等。
10、编程风格严谨，有良好的代码书写、注释和单元测试等开发习惯，有多线程、分布式处理等开发经验优先；
11、能够适应出差。
