Yanjing Beer (Zhejiang Xiandu) Co., Ltd., formerly known as Zhejiang Xiandu Beer Development Company, a subsidiary of the former county supply and marketing cooperative, was established in 1987, started production in 1989, and was jointly formed in June 2003 through a partnership between the original company and Beijing Yanjing Beer Joint-Stock Co., Ltd. The registered capital is 231 million yuan, with Beijing Yanjing Beer Joint-Stock Co., Ltd. holding 85.59%, Jinyun County Supply and Marketing Cooperative holding 11.38%, and Jinyun County State-owned Assets Company holding 3.03%. In February 2004, the company successfully acquired the former Zhejiang Bihu Beer Co., Ltd., and in April, it established Yanjing Beer (Zhejiang Lishui) Co., Ltd., holding a 96.2% stake. As of June 2020, the company has 711 employees, total assets of 502 million yuan, and in 2019 it achieved revenue of 318 million yuan, net profit of 15.5 million yuan, and paid taxes of 61.2 million yuan. It is a key enterprise and major taxpayer in Lishui City. In 2004, General Secretary Xi Jinping visited the company for research and guidance. The company has been awarded the "Zhejiang Green Enterprise," the first "Lishui Mayor Quality Award," Jinyun County "First Prize for Local Fiscal Tax Contribution," Jinyun County "Top 50 Ecological Industrial Enterprises," and Lishui City "Top 100 Manufacturing Taxpayers," among other honors.
