Foster Wheeler (Hebei) Engineering Design Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "FWH") is a Sino-foreign joint venture, jointly funded by China Electronics System Engineering No.4 Construction Co., Ltd. and Amec Foster Wheeler Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. FWH was established in mid-2013 by Amec Foster Wheeler, a global engineering design and construction giant, through the acquisition of Hebei Petrochemical Design Institute Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hebei Petrochemical Institute").
