总部设在加拿大蒙特利尔，苏州工厂是加拿大科迪在中国*的生产基地。主要负责在华的生产和销售业务。产品也出口到世界各地。公司主要经营各类气动或电动控制阀门（球阀、蝶阀、截止阀、闸阀）。其高压阀门的产品范围从1/4″（DN 8mm）到24″（DN 600mm），ASME CLASS 900到ASME CLASS 4500。其高压阀门全部为锻造阀体，锻造阀体可避免铸造阀体隐含砂眼的缺陷。公司在中国石化的加氢装置业绩：茂名石化，高桥石化，金山石化。石化的乙烯装置业绩：茂名石化，燕山石化，金山石化，扬子石化，广州石化。公司同时还销售世界知名品牌阀门－velan阀门，对于煤炭行业的焦化四通阀全球几乎100％都是采用VELAN的阀门。
