岗位职责
1.负责贯彻落实EHS法律法规和政策，建立完善EHS管理制度;
2.负责公司应急管理，配备应急器材，组织编制应急演练方案，并组织培训和演练
3.组织开展EHS相关教育培训，并如实记录
4.负责安全管理，制定落实公司事故分级管理，参与事故的调查，协助进行事故原因分析，督促落实事故改善措施；组织实施公司危险源辨识及隐患排查治理；制定并实施相关方安全管理工作和危险作业流程;
5.负责环保管理，修订环保设施管理制度，满足环境保护法等相关环保法律法规要求；制定公司环境监测
计划，执行监测实施并取得合格报告；开展环境因素识别与评价，法律合规性评价，满足环境体系持续改进。
6.负责职业健康管理，每年开展职业危害因素场所检测工作;每年开展职业健康知识培训，提升职业健康管
理水平。每年填报作业场所职业病危害项目年报;办理建设项目职业病防护设施“三同时”手续.
7.制定落实公司危化品全流程管理.
8.消防管理，包括消控室运行管理，消防设施维护保养，消防安全重点部位分级管理.
9.各类特种作业人员、特种设备及操作人员的培训联系及取证工作。

任职资格要求
1.大专及以上学历，理工科专业，优先安全、消防相关专业;
2.熟悉安全、环保、职业健康相关法律法规，具备相关管理能力；
3.三年以上EHS工作经验，生物制药类工作经验优先；
4.熟悉ISO14001和ISO45001管理体系；
5.良好的书面、口头表达和组织能力，善于沟通，
6.优先持注册安全工程师者。
